Pema Chodron: REGARD ALL DHARMAS AS DREAMS
Truly, worring about nothing. It seems we have all been trained to do so since we were little children. "It is to be done this way, or that way". The essence of nothingness, or as Tich Nhat Hanh refers to as "interbeing", this is where the dream lies, in the connectedness of all things, that moment when we find oursleves uncomfortable with the calmness when it washes over us, not knowing what to do next, because many of us were never trained to understand that this is the feeling of being all one. Lord knows it takes some serious practice as an adult in the present to find this and keep it for any length of time, sometimes even a challenge durring meditation itelf, eventually that cosmic source begins to develop of feeling the dreaming, that connection is always special when it hits our core, even when it is just for a millisecond.
