Fill out this page to receive a randomly-chosen proverb commentary by email every day.
-
Enter your email address, time zone, and chosen delivery time in the appropriate fields in the left hand column.
-
You may choose to receive a random proverb from a selection of authors and sections ('Random' button), or to receive the proverbs in order ('In Order' button).
-
If you choose 'Random', you may limit the random selection of emails to particular authors and/or sections, clear some of the checkboxes in the 'Author' and 'Section' columns.
-
If you choose 'In Order', the author list under Authors will change to a single dropdown box. Choose the author whose commentaries you wish to receive, and if you want only proverbs from certain sections, clear some of the 'Sections' checkboxes as appropriate.
-
To set up the daily email, click on the 'Create Daily Email Agent' button.
-
After you click on the button, you will receive an email message containing a link that you need to click on to enable your email service. We do this to make sure both that you typed your address correctly and that you actually want this service and signed up for it yourself. Click on the link and enable the service.
-
Every mail you receive has an 'Unsubscribe' link. If you want to stop receiving mail, just click on it.
-
If you decide later that you would like to modify the selection of authors and sections, just come back to this page and re-enter your email address and author and section choices. Your old selections will be deleted and overwritten.
-
Every three months or so you will be asked to confirm that you still wish to continue receiving mails. Please click on the link in the mail as requested. If you have any trouble doing so, you can always renew by returning to this page and setting up your email agent again.
